What is Puzzle Hunt?

Bybit Puzzle Hunt is an interactive event where users complete tasks to collect puzzle pieces and win rewards.

 

Participants can earn pieces through activities like trading and inviting friends. Completing the full puzzle grants a chance to share in a prize pool.

 

Users can also share pieces with others to complete their puzzle faster. It's a fun and rewarding experience for everyone!

Who qualifies to participate in the Puzzle Hunt event?

All users who have registered a Bybit account and completed Standard Identity Verification are eligible to participate by clicking the Register Now button. To initiate your Identity Verification, please click here.

 

Please note that Subaccounts, Affiliates, Institutional users, and Market Makers are not eligible for the Puzzle Hunt event.

 

This event is not meant for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway ("European Economic Area") customers. All European Economic Area customer participation is strictly prohibited.

How can I earn rewards with Puzzle Hunt?

You can earn rewards by participating in the Puzzle Hunt event and collecting puzzle pieces by completing event tasks.

• Collect any 3 consecutive puzzle pieces to earn one lucky draw chance. Each user can earn up to 3 lucky draw chances during the event.

• Complete the entire puzzle to qualify for grand prizes! Please note that grand prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis — the faster you complete the puzzle, the better your chances of winning.

How can I collect puzzle pieces?

You can collect puzzle pieces by completing various tasks or sharing puzzle pieces with friends during the event period. Each task you complete may grant one or more puzzle pieces.

The types of tasks include:

• Daily Check-in Task: Complete the required minimum trading volume for the specified token each day to check in. Collect puzzle pieces by reaching the designated number of check-in days.

• Spot Trading Task: Complete the required trading volume for specific tokens on the spot market to earn puzzle pieces.

• Deposit Task: Deposit the specified amount of eligible tokens to your Bybit account to receive puzzle pieces.

• Invitation Task: Invite new friends to register and complete tasks — once your invited friend fulfills the requirements, you can earn additional puzzle pieces.

• Borrow (Crypto Loan) Task: Use the Crypto Loan feature to borrow a specified amount or more to earn a puzzle piece.

• Convert Task: Complete a token conversion of the specified amount or more using the Convert feature to finish the task.

• Margin Trading Task: Perform margin trading in the spot market and reach the required trading volume for the specified token to earn a puzzle piece.

• Bonus Tasks (if available): Some events may include extra activities such as completing missions through social media or participating in limited-time challenges to collect bonus puzzle pieces.

 

Puzzle Piece Sharing: You can share puzzle pieces with your friends when you hold two or more of the same piece.

How is the accumulated deposit amount calculated?

Only deposits made after successfully registering for the event will be counted. This includes on-chain transfers, P2P purchases, and fiat deposits. Internal transfers (from one Bybit account to another) are excluded.

 

Example

Bob deposited 100 XYZ into his Bybit account and purchased 50 XYZ via both P2P and One-Click Buy.

In this case, the accumulated XYZ deposit amount is 200 XYZ (100 XYZ + 50 XYZ + 50 XYZ).

 

Note: Deposits via Internal Transfer are not included in the calculation. Deposit data may take up to 2 hours to be reflected in the system.

Will withdrawing tokens during the event affect my reward eligibility and accumulated deposit amount?

Yes, withdrawals will affect your accumulated deposit amount. The event calculates your net deposit amount based on Deposits minus Withdrawals during the event period.

 

Only the net deposit amount will be considered for task completion and reward eligibility. We recommend avoiding withdrawals before completing your tasks to ensure your eligibility.

How is trading volume calculated?

Only trades of the specified token made after successfully registering for the event will be counted. This includes buy and sell Spot trades conducted through the Main Account, Subaccounts, API Trading, Spot Grid Bot, DCA Bot, Spot Margin Trading, and Leveraged Tokens.

How do I claim rewards?

Lucky draw rewards will be instantly credited to your account. Grand prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be credited to the user’s Funding Account within 5 working days after the event ends, according to the final winner list.

Can I join multiple Puzzle Hunt events?

New Users Exclusive Tasks: Each user can only receive the new user exclusive task opportunity from one project. When registering for the event, the system will ask for confirmation. Once the opportunity is used, you will no longer be eligible for new user exclusive tasks in other projects.

How can I participate in the lucky draw?

As long as you collect any 3 consecutive puzzle pieces, you will earn one lucky draw chance. Each event allows a maximum of 3 lucky draw chances per user.

Why hasn't the page updated even though I completed the task?

Deposit and trading task data may take up to 2 hours to be reflected on the page. Referral task data will be updated the following day.

Why was I not able to collect all the puzzle pieces even though I completed all the tasks?

Puzzle pieces are distributed completely at random, so it's possible to receive duplicate pieces. You can share puzzle pieces with your friends to speed up the collection process.

How can I share puzzle pieces?

Whenever you hold 2 or more of the same puzzle piece, you can tap the Share button to generate a share link and send the extra piece to your friend. If the shared puzzle piece is not claimed within 24 hours, it will be automatically returned to your account.

How many puzzle pieces can I share with my friends?

Each project may have a different limit. Please refer to the event page for more details.

Can I still participate in the lucky draw after the event ends?

Yes, but only within 72 hours after the event ends. Please refer to the event landing page for the official end time.

Why can't I participate in the lucky draw?

There are two possible reasons. Please refer to the pop-up message for clarification:

 

• High demand – rewards are temporarily out of stock: Don’t worry! The relevant team will replenish the rewards, and you can try again the next day.

 

• Risk control violation: You have violated the event’s terms and conditions, and as a result, you are not eligible to receive any rewards through the lucky draw.
